Since joining AtkinsRéalis, I've worked across 8 different products with different scope of work including legacy products & greenfield applications. In addition, I've worked on creation of a shared design repository for all business units, aiming to create consistency in our approaches and outputs, as all deliver to clients. The Digital Adoption Platform has been my biggest win since joining the company as it enables the products to do data-driven decisions, measuring the performance on the efforts and actions undertaken by the product teams, as part of the UX Strategy.
